APPOINTMENT, BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT
Session's are available Tues thru Saturday by appointment at a local park, fun place or one of my amazing outdoor location's: beach, marina, lake, zoo, rose garden or to your choosing. Booking fee's are non-refundable. Your booking fee includes: photographer time, talent, 12hrs of image editing, gallery setup and 30min - 3/hour portrait session. Orders will be made within your private gallery - UNLIMITED hand edited digital images displayed in a private online gallery 1-week after your session or sooner. You can share your gallery with whom you wish. All order request will be done online - with a 90 days online gallery upload for reorders. Some locations are *restricted. Additional travel fee may apply. Please request photography service to see availabilty and session add-on. Thank you (Prices are subject to change without notice, but will be honored once session fee is paid.)
PAYMENT
All booking fees are paid through paypal. You dont need a paypal account to reserve your date and time.
PAYMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Any client who does not reschedule within 24 hours of there session will forfeit there booking plan fee and it will serve as a cancellation fee. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 24 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
WEDDING PORTRAITS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
If Rashawn Renee Portraits cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Business Headshots starting @ $115. includes selective digital files.
Local Portrait Booking plans starting @ $105. with optional purchase choice of: prints or digital files or combined plans.
Local Special Event Photography Service Starting @ $125. per hour with optional purchase choice of prints, digital files, custom albums prints and enlargements.
Print pricing starts @ $10.00 for 3-4x6s one pose
Print packages starting @ $50.00 1-8x10 and 2-4x6 one pose
Digital files Starting @ $18.00 per file qty purchase discounts will be available to make prints up to 8x10
A variety of print finishes, sizes and other photo merchandise will be available within your private online gallery.
