PAYMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients who do not reschedule within 48 hours of their session will forfeit their booking fee, which will then be considered a cancellation fee. However, this fee can be credited toward a future session if the client reschedules by contacting us 48 hours prior to the session date and booking a new appointment.

WEDDING PORTRAITS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Booking fees are payable via PayPal and Square to secure your date and time reservation.

PAYMENT

In the event that Rashawn Renee Portraits is unable to fulfill the Contract due to unforeseen circumstances like fire, natural disasters, or the Photographer's illness, the retainer fee will be returned, and no further liability will be assumed. This limitation of liability also applies if photographic materials are damaged, lost in processing or transit, or due to technical errors, without fault on the part of the Photographer. Please note, special event and wedding photography coverage is limited to events with 50 people or fewer.

Rashawn Renee Photography Services necessitates a booking fee starting at $50. which will be deducted from your photo plan balance.
