BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING: Create your perfect portrait session! Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday at scenic outdoor locations, including parks, beaches, and more. You may also select a location tailored to your vision. (Travel fees will apply.) Your non-refundable booking fee includes photographer services, 12 hours of expert editing, online gallery creation, and your chosen session length (30 minutes to 3 hours). Enjoy unlimited, hand-edited digital images in your private online gallery within one week. Online ordering and reorders are available for 30 days. Payment plans are available after a phone consultation. Prices are secured upon booking fee payment. All bookings are made online. Thank you for considering Rashawn Renee Portraits.
PAYMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
“Reschedule at least 48 hours before your session to keep your booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the fee, but it can be credited to a future session if you reschedule 48 hours prior to the original session date."
WEDDING PORTRAITS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Booking fees are payable via PayPal, Square and after pay to secure your date, time reservation and online private gallery ordering.
PAYMENT
"In the event that Rashawn Renee Portraits is prevented from fulfilling its contractual obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to fire, natural disaster, or the photographer's incapacitation, the retainer fee shall be refunded, and all further liability shall be extinguished. This limitation of liability shall extend to instances of damage or loss of photographic materials during processing or transit, or due to technical malfunctions, provided such occurrences are not attributable to the negligence of the photographer. Furthermore, special event and wedding photography services are limited to gatherings of 50 individuals or fewer."
Rashawn Renee Photography Services necessitates a booking fee starting at $85. which will be deducted from your photo plan balance.
