BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING Sessions are available by appointment from Tuesday to Saturday at local parks, fun places, or stunning outdoor locations such as beaches, marinas, lakes, zoos, rose gardens, or a location of your choice. Some locations are restricted and additional travel fees may apply. Booking fees are non-refundable and cover photographer time, talent, 12 hours of image editing, gallery setup, and a 30-minute to 3-hour portrait session. Your private gallery will contain unlimited hand-edited digital images available one week after your session. Orders can be placed online with a 90-day gallery upload for reorders. Booking plans are accepted after a phone consultation. Prices may change but will be honored once the session fee is paid. All reservations and appointments are made through this website only; we do not provide outside invoicing. Thank you for considering Rashawn Renee Portraits for your photography needs.
PAYMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients who do not reschedule within 48 hours of their session will forfeit their booking fee, which will then be considered a cancellation fee. However, this fee can be credited toward a future session if the client reschedules by contacting us 48 hours prior to the session date and booking a new appointment.
WEDDING PORTRAITS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Booking fees are payable via PayPal and Square to secure your date and time reservation.
PAYMENT
In the event that Rashawn Renee Portraits is unable to fulfill the Contract due to unforeseen circumstances like fire, natural disasters, or the Photographer's illness, the retainer fee will be returned, and no further liability will be assumed. This limitation of liability also applies if photographic materials are damaged, lost in processing or transit, or due to technical errors, without fault on the part of the Photographer. Please note, special event and wedding photography coverage is limited to events with 50 people or fewer.
Rashawn Renee Photography Services necessitates a booking fee starting at $50, which will be deducted from your photo plan balance.
